Launch season terms

The rules for the $1M Payout Challenge and the launch fee rebate, in full. The Challenge page has the short version.

Last updated 7 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover two offers that run during Gamp’s launch season: the $1M Payout Challenge and the launch fee rebate. They are offered by Gamp Gaming LLC (“we”, “us”). They apply alongside Gamp’s terms of use and each round’s own rules. If these terms and a round’s rules disagree about how that round settles, the round’s rules win; on anything about the Challenge or the rebate, these terms win.

Gamp is played players against players. There is no house: every round’s pot is paid to the players whose guesses come closest to the published result specified in that round’s rules. Neither offer changes how any round is played or settled. We fund the Challenge’s prizes from a separate pool, and the rebate returns the fee we take; neither touches any player’s pot.

There is nothing to sign up for. Entering a round during the season enters you in both offers, and doing so means you accept these terms. If you would rather your wallet were left out, write to us at @gameongamp on X and we will exclude it.

2. Launch season

The launch season starts on 9 November 2026, 00:00 UTC and runs for 56 days. It ends on 4 January 2027, 00:00 UTC. Both offers use this one window.

  • The season end is the moment entries must close by for a round to count.
  • The standings date is 25 January 2027, 00:00 UTC, 21 days after the season ends. Rounds that close near the end have until then to settle, and final standings are fixed on this date.

The Challenge page shows the season’s dates and a live countdown. If we change the dates under section 11, this page will say so.

3. Who can take part

You can take part if all of these are true:

  • You are at least 21, as Gamp’s terms of use require, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • Taking part is lawful where you live and where you play from.
  • You are not in a country or region that Gamp blocks. Gamp does not accept entries from blocked regions, and using a VPN or other means to get around the block disqualifies you.
  • You are not named on a sanctions list, and you are not acting for someone who is.
  • You are not one of our employees, contractors or advisers, or a member of their household, and you do not work onGamp’s settlement service or data feeds. Gamp’s house picks and house bots never place in the standings.

Each person may take part with one wallet. A wallet counts as yours if you control it, whoever holds the keys. We may ask any player who is due a prize to show that they meet these conditions before we pay.

4. Which rounds count

A round counts towards the Challenge when both of these are true:

  • Its entries close inside the season: at or after the season start and before the season end. When you entered does not matter.
  • It has settled by the standings date. A round settles when its result is final and its pot is divided among its winners under its rules.

These rounds do not count:

  • A round that is refunded instead of settled: the event it waited for never happened, its source never published a usable reading, only one player entered it, or no guess was valid. Every player gets their stake back, so nobody gains or loses.
  • A round still open, waiting for a reading, or in dispute on the standings date.

Every category counts the same, and so does every round size and every entry price.

5. How players are ranked

Players are ranked by net winnings across every round that counts:

net winnings = everything those rounds paid you − everything you staked to enter them

What you staked is the full entry price of each guess you made, fee included, and a free pick counts as staked at its entry price. What you were paid is your share of each pot. The rebate (section 8) is paid separately and does not change your standing.

When two players have the same net winnings, these decide the order:

  1. Total paid. The player whose rounds paid them more ranks higher.
  2. Wallet address. If they are still level, the lower wallet address ranks higher, comparing addresses byte by byte.

The Challenge page shows the live standings as rounds settle, and your own standing is on My entries. Standings are not final until the standings date.

6. Prizes

The top 100 players on the standings date share a prize pool of up to $1,000,000, paid in USDC:

Final placePrize eachPlayersTotal
1st$200,0001$200,000
2nd$100,0001$100,000
3rd$60,0001$60,000
4th to 10th$25,0007$175,000
11th to 25th$10,00015$150,000
26th to 50th$5,00025$125,000
51st to 100th$3,80050$190,000
All places100$1,000,000

To win a prize, a player must finish with net winnings above zero. A player who ends level or behind wins nothing, whatever their place. Places are counted only among players who qualify, so a disqualified player (section 9) drops out and everyone below moves up.

If fewer than 100 players qualify, the unfilled places are not paid, which is why the pool is “up to” $1,000,000. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid in another currency.

7. How and when prizes are paid

  1. Standings are fixed on the standings date, 21 days after the season ends.
  2. We review the top 100 under section 9. This can include asking a winner to show they meet section 3.
  3. We publish the final table on the Challenge page, listing each winner’s place, net winnings and prize. Winners are shown by wallet address only.
  4. We pay each prize within 14 days of the standings date, in USDC, to the wallet that played. If a winner’s review is still open then, we pay within 7 days of it closing. Every payment is a public transfer on the network Gamp runs on, so anyone can check it.

A winner we ask for information under step 2 has 30 days to answer. If they don’t, or can’t show they meet section 3, the prize is forfeited. If a payment to the winning wallet fails, the winner has 30 days from the standings date to write to @gameongamp on X, prove they control that wallet, and name another wallet they control. Any prize still unpaid after that is forfeited. Forfeited prizes are not passed down to other players.

8. The fee rebate

During the season we pay back 100% of the fee on every guess in a round that counts (section 4), whether the guess wins or loses.

  • How much. Each round’s fee is a share of the entry price, shown on the round before you enter. Your rebate on a guess is that fee rate times the entry price, rounded down to the smallest USDC unit. A 10 USDC guess in a round with a 5% fee earns 0.50 USDC back.
  • Which rounds. Only rounds that count for the Challenge. A refunded round charges no fee, so it has nothing to rebate.
  • When and where. Once each round settles, to the Gamp balance of the wallet that made the guess. You can withdraw it like any balance. The rebate comes from a pool we fund; if the pool runs low, rebates wait until we top it up, and every rebate earned is paid.
  • Free picks. A guess paid with a free pick paid no fee, so it earns no rebate.

The rebate is paid on its own. It does not change a round’s pot, any player’s payout or anyone’s Challenge standing. My entries shows the rebate your guesses have earned. The rules on eligibility, failed payments and fair play in sections 3, 7 and 9 apply to it too.

9. Fair play

Gamp’s results come from public readings no player can move. These rules keep the standings just as clean.

You may not:

  • Use more than one wallet, or have someone else play for you, to improve your standing or collect more than one prize.
  • Collude. Two or more players may not agree to place guesses that move pots between them, or coordinate guesses to push someone up the table.
  • Deal with yourself. Entering one round from several wallets you control, so that one of them is sure to win, is not allowed.
  • Interfere with a result. That covers tampering with a source, a reading, or the Gamp app, or trying to.
  • Get around a block. That covers regional blocks and sanctions checks.

We review the top 100 before any prize is paid, looking at on-chain records, funding flows between wallets and patterns of play. If we find a breach, we may disqualify the wallets involved from the Challenge and the rebate, and withhold anything not yet paid. We may also ask for back anything already paid because of the breach. A disqualified wallet is marked on the final table, and its player has 14 days to write to @gameongamp on X to learn why and answer before the decision is final.

Disqualification never changes a round’s result or anyone’s payout from a pot. Those follow the round’s rules alone.

10. Data, results and disputes

Round results. Every round settles under its own published rules, reading one named public source such as USGS, NOAA or CAISO, and shows the file it read. Neither offer gives us a way to change a result; Gamp’s terms of use say how a result is read and corrected. See how every round stays fair.

Standings and rebates. Both are worked out from Gamp’s ledger of every round: entries, entry prices, fees, settlements and payouts. Every pick and payout is public on its round, and the proof of funds page compares the ledger with the custody wallet on Solana. If the Challenge page and the ledger ever disagree, the ledger wins and we will correct the page.

Questions about your standing or rebate. Write to @gameongamp on X before the standings date with your wallet address and what you think is wrong. We will check it against the ledger and reply within 14 days.

11. Changes, suspension and cancellation

We may change these terms during the season only to fix an error, to comply with the law, or to deal with a breach under section 9. We will not lower the prize table, the rebate share or anyone’s standing for rounds that have already counted. Any change is posted on this page with its date, and applies from then on.

We may pause or end either offer early if the law requires it, or if something beyond our control stops Gamp from running fairly, such as a security flaw in Gamp’s systems or the network, or a data source going dark for good. If we end the Challenge early:

  • the season ends at that moment;
  • the standings date follows 21 days later, counting the rounds that closed before the end; and
  • prizes are paid on the table in section 6.

Rebates already earned are always paid. If a single source becomes unusable, its rounds are refunded under their rules, and the rest of the season carries on.

12. Taxes, liability and general terms

Taxes. You are responsible for any tax on prizes, rebates or winnings where you live. We do not withhold tax unless the law requires it, and we may ask a winner for the information the law requires before paying.

Risk. Playing Gamp means staking USDC on outcomes no one can predict, and you can lose what you stake. Neither offer protects you from that, so only stake what you can afford to lose. Blockchains, wallets and USDC carry their own risks, such as network delays, failed transactions and changes to USDC itself, which we are not responsible for.

Our liability. As far as the law allows, our total liability to any player under these terms is limited to the prize and rebates that player is owed under them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy. We use your wallet address and Gamp’s record of your play to run both offers. If we ask a winner for identity or tax details, we use them only to check eligibility and pay the prize, and keep them no longer than the law requires.

General. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies, and not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
